1. The minimum shipping charge is $60.
2. Paintings: All paintings are rolled in a tube and shipped insured.
3. All other items: For insured shipment please refer to the notes at the top of each section.

The Mt. Kenya Art Gallery provides the specially-made shipping crates. We perform the legally mandated fumigation and provide necessary documentation. And we transport the packed goods to Nairobi Airport - all completely free of charge.

We suggest AAC members Contact Us for an estimate on shipping costs as they will differ greatly according to destination, dimensions, and weight.

As much as we would love to be able to inform prospective purchasers in advance of their exact shipping costs, this is simply impossible. So, the prices you see displayed here never include the shipping cost. After you make your purchase we will calculate this surcharge and we will email you a convenient PayPal invoice (an online payment request) for the additional amount due. Remember: Your purchase is not complete until the shipping cost has been charged and paid in full.

• If you choose not to accept the surcharge then your purchase price will be refunded to you in full.

Customs regulations vary from country to country. Our shipments are accompanied by all the necessary documents required by most countries. Art and handicrafts such as ours do not attract customs duty in many countries. Customs and clearance duties are not included in the sales price.

All our art is accompanied by a certified document of authenticity.

2. You may also pay by instructing your bank to make a "swift" transfer of funds directly to the account of Mount Kenya Art Galleries. To request bank transfer instructions, please use our Contact Form
3. You can fax us your order and authorization to charge your credit card and include your card details: name, number, expiration date, and the 3 or 4 digit code.
