There is a proud heritage of Christianity as well as Judaism which dates back to the fourth century in Ethiopia.
Islam equally has roots all over Africa. We see signs of the great religions of the east like Hindu and Buddhism and a myriad of other influences of worship reflected and imbedded in African culture as a whole.
Our collection aims to present these religious influences reflected in art and adornments.
