Contemporary Art has opened African culture to outside influences. It is used as a means of opening communication between cultures. New forms, new styles and new personalities are emerging.

Our Contemporary Art section brings together a selection of talented individuals who are making a difference in the African Art scene of today.

In some work we see the survival of traditional styles (Bronze Casting). Others are inspired by the Christian missions (Religious Art). In this section too, you will find 'Urban Art' and the best of 'Abstract Expressionism' so popular with the modern collector.

Lastly, we have devoted a special section to the art inspired by nature: 'Wildlife Art', a selection of the very best paintings and sculpture available.
